shoutout to leverage rival’s hitter for being an incredibly beautiful, badass jewish woman who is portrayed as both elliot’s equal and sexually desirable
and who very likely shot him at some point before they met and this fact seems to make him more, not less, interested in her
yes!!!! i love her and im mad i can never remember her name
According to the Wiki its Mikel Dayan, though I would bet it’s supposed to be pronounced “Michel”.
I also LOVE how she speaks only in Hebrew when dealing with her temp crew. xD
YES……AND HOW FAST SHE SPEAKS
I think I just about stood up and cheered when I saw that they’d gotten an actress that actually LOOKED like she could go toe to toe with Eliot for both speed and power. She was both hot as hell and built like a brick house. (They didn’t shy away from playing that up with her wardrobe either). And they gave her such a dynamic personality and showed it so well even though she wasn’t the focus of the episode in most ways. Hands down I think she was the most/best developed “parallel”/“doppelganger”
And I don’t know which character details came before they cast Noa Tishby and what came after, but the way they incorporated her background into the character or got an actress with an appropriate background to play that character is also really awesome.
God the best part of that episode was when they both got shirtless and wet for equally opportunity ogling. My bi ass almost died.
Rich people don’t give money unless PR says they should.
Middle class people don’t give money because we live in constant terror of something happening to make us poor.
Poor people give money, but they don’t really have it to give.
And that’s why charity doesn’t do what it should for society.
Actually, rich people are very generous—to each other.
The second-richest nonprofit in the world is Harvard University, with an endowment of $36.4 BILLION. This year they got a donation of $400 million dollars, because rich people will throw gobs of money at organizations that cater to them.
So next time you hear a libertarian say that without welfare, charity will take care of people, punch them in the face.
netflix needs an option for ‘i tried watching this once and it was horrendous. please stop telling me to continue watching and remove it from my lists forever’
