This is the exact same energy as a movie scene where a 20-something who’s never had to interact with young kids before is forced to look after their older sister’s baby for 2 minutes while she takes a phone call and since they have no template for how to interact with a baby they just flip out

20yo: “so uuuuhhhhh, how about that MarioKart, huh?”

baby: *starts crying b/c it’s hungry*
